If you fill in the contact form or email us, we only use your name, email address, phone number and message to answer your question. We do not keep this data longer than necessary to handle it.
Bookings and gift cards
Online booking and ordering gift cards are handled through SpaSlot. We use the data you enter there (such as your name, contact details and payment via Mollie) to carry out your booking or order and to keep our records.
Cookies and statistics
This website itself only places a cookie to remember your cookie choice. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used; without consent, these statistics cookies are not placed. To change your choice, delete this website's cookies in your browser; we will ask again on your next visit. The Google Maps route map only loads when you click on it.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. To do so, email info@saunaprivada.nl. If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, you can also submit it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
